Maxitrol Ophthalmic Solution (0.1%)

Maxitrol contains neomycin, polymyxin B, and dexamethasone, a prescription combination antibiotic and corticosteroid eye drop for the treatment of bacterial eye infections with associated inflammation in pets. Each bottle contains 5 mL of solution. A valid prescription from a licensed veterinarian is required.

Main Uses

• For the treatment of bacterial eye infections with associated inflammation, as diagnosed by a veterinarian.
• Combines two antibiotics (neomycin, polymyxin B) with a corticosteroid (dexamethasone).
• Topical ophthalmic solution for direct application to the eye.

Directions for Use

Shake well before use. Instill into the affected eye(s) as directed by your veterinarian. Do not touch the dropper tip to the eye or any surface. Complete the full prescribed course.
