Omega 3+ is a pure Canadian omega-3 oil made from sustainably harvested harp seal oil sourced from the cold waters of the Canadian North Atlantic. It provides a naturally balanced combination of EPA, DHA and DPA to support your dog’s joints, skin, coat, heart, immune system and overall vitality.

Unlike many conventional fish oils, seal oil naturally contains docosapentaenoic acid (DPA), an omega-3 fatty acid that complements EPA and DHA.

• DPA—docosapentaenoic acid: 171 mg

Directions for Use

Add the recommended amount to the dog’s food once daily. The daily amount may be divided between meals if preferred.

When introducing an oil supplement, consider starting with a smaller amount and gradually increasing to the full recommended dose to support gastrointestinal tolerance.

Safety and Precautions

• For use in dogs only.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily amount unless directed by a veterinarian.
• Seal oil is entirely fat. Consult a veterinarian before use in dogs with pancreatitis, hyperlipidemia or another condition requiring dietary fat restriction.
• Consult a veterinarian before use in dogs with bleeding disorders, those receiving anticoagulant or antiplatelet medications, or before a planned surgical procedure.
• Possible tolerability effects include soft stool, diarrhea, vomiting, reduced appetite or an oily coat if spilled.
• Stop administration and consult a veterinarian if persistent gastrointestinal upset, an allergic reaction or other unusual symptoms occur.
• Consult a veterinarian before use in pregnant or nursing dogs or dogs receiving medications.
• Keep out of reach of children and animals.

Storage

Store away from direct sunlight. Use within six months after opening or refrigerate after opening to help maintain freshness.
