Oxbow Critical Care Herbivore - Anis (Anise)

Oxbow Critical Care Herbivore - Anis (Anise) is a recovery nutrition formula for herbivores with poor nutritional status due to illness or surgery, with high-fiber Timothy hay and an anise flavor.

Main Uses:

• Complete recovery nutrition for herbivores (rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas, herbivorous reptiles) with poor nutritional status from illness or surgery
• High fiber supports proper gut physiology and digestion; contains chelated minerals and prebiotics
• No refined sugars, artificial preservatives, or simple carbohydrates

Directions:

• Shake well. Mix 1 part Critical Care with 2 parts warm water to desired consistency
• Herbivorous mammals: 3 Tbsp per kg body weight daily; herbivorous reptiles: 1 Tbsp per kg daily (1 Tbsp approx. 9 g)
• Divide into 4-6 feedings; prepare fresh each feeding and discard after 24 hours; water available at all times
• Can be tube fed, syringe/spoon assist-fed, or self-fed by bowl or top dressing
