ProHex Shampoo 2% for Dogs and Cats

ProHex is an antiseptic, antibacterial and antifungal shampoo used as an aid in managing superficial skin conditions caused by bacteria, fungi, ringworm and yeast that respond to chlorhexidine.

Active ingredient: Chlorhexidine gluconate 2% w/w.

Directions for use: Shake well. Wet your pet’s coat with cool to tepid water, then massage the shampoo into the skin and coat to form a generous lather. Leave on for 5–10 minutes before rinsing thoroughly. Use once or twice weekly, or as directed by your veterinarian.

Precautions: For topical use only. Avoid the eyes and mucous membranes; rinse thoroughly with water if contact occurs. Stop use and consult your veterinarian if irritation develops. Consult a veterinarian before using on a sick or debilitated pet. Wash hands after use and keep out of reach of children.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place at 15–30°C. Do not freeze.
