Proviable-Forte is a two-part digestive-support kit for dogs and cats. It combines a short-course KP paste containing kaolin and pectin with once-daily, multi-strain probiotic capsules to support stool quality and a healthy intestinal microbial balance.

Kit Components
Proviable-Forte KP Paste
The paste contains:
- Kaolin and pectin: Help absorb excess moisture and support normal stool consistency
- Prebiotics
- Seven probiotic strains: Provide a minimum of 0.5 billion CFU per gram
Proviable-Forte Capsules
Each capsule provides a minimum of 10 billion CFU from seven probiotic strains:
- Enterococcus faecium
- Bifidobacterium bifidum
- Streptococcus thermophilus
- Lactobacillus helveticus
- Lactobacillus delbrueckii
- Lactobacillus casei
- Lactobacillus plantarum
The capsules also contain fructooligosaccharide (FOS) and gum arabic, which help encourage the growth of beneficial bacteria within the intestinal tract.
Directions for Use
Begin the paste and capsules on the same day, or use as directed by a veterinarian.
KP Paste
Give by mouth 2–3 times daily for 48–72 hours:

Capsules
Give one capsule once daily until finished. The capsule may be administered whole or opened and sprinkled over food.
Medication Timing
- Give Proviable-Forte at a different time from oral antibiotics—generally at least 1–2 hours apart—to help maintain probiotic viability.
- Kaolin and pectin may delay the absorption of oral medications. Separate the KP paste from other oral medications by at least 1–2 hours unless otherwise directed by a veterinarian.
Safety Information
The kit is generally well tolerated. Temporary gas, bloating, or changes in stool consistency may occasionally occur.
The KP paste contains soybean oil and artificial beef flavour. Review the complete ingredient list before use in animals with known food allergies or sensitivities.
Contact a veterinarian if the animal does not improve within 48–72 hours. Seek veterinary care sooner if diarrhea is severe or bloody, or occurs with repeated vomiting, marked lethargy, abdominal pain, dehydration, or loss of appetite.
The KP paste is intended for short-term use. Ask a veterinarian whether continued use of the capsules is appropriate for long-term intestinal support.

Storage
Store at room temperature not exceeding 25°C (77°F) and protect from direct sunlight. Keep capsules in their original packaging until use.
