Sileo contains dexmedetomidine, a prescription oromucosal gel for the treatment of noise aversion in dogs. It is the first and only FDA-approved treatment for dogs suffering from noise aversion. The gel is absorbed through the oral mucosa to provide calming effects. Each syringe contains 3 mL. A valid prescription from a licensed veterinarian is required.
