Vetmedin contains pimobendan, a prescription cardiac medication capsule for dogs. It is indicated for the treatment of congestive heart failure and dilated cardiomyopathy. Available in 1.25mg, 2.5mg, and 5mg strengths. A valid prescription from a licensed veterinarian is required.
