Important Refrigerated Shipping and Storage Information

Visbiome Vet GI Care+ requires refrigeration. Each order is packed in an insulated shipping kit with ice packs to help maintain an appropriate temperature during transit.

  • Local orders: Same-day delivery is available.
  • Non-local orders: Refrigerated products are sent using expedited shipping to reduce transit time.
  • Additional fee: A temperature-controlled packaging and priority-handling fee applies.

According to the manufacturer, Visbiome Vet can remain at standard room temperature for up to one week without adversely affecting potency. However, courier delays and exposure to excessive temperatures may still create a risk of temperature excursion.

Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of refrigerated products, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for temperature excursions or courier delays after an order has been dispatched.

Refrigerated Shipping Schedule

Refrigerated products are not shipped on Thursdays or Fridays, as this may leave them in a courier facility over the weekend. Orders containing refrigerated items that cannot be dispatched safely will be held and shipped the following Monday.

Refrigerate the product promptly upon delivery at 2–8°C. Do not freeze.

Directions for Use

Administer during or shortly after a meal to reduce the likelihood of gastrointestinal upset.

Capsules may be:

  • Given whole by mouth
  • Opened and sprinkled over cold or room-temperature food

Do not mix the contents with hot food or liquids, as heat may reduce the viability of the probiotic organisms.

If your pet is taking an antibiotic, separate Visbiome Vet from the antibiotic by at least four hours because certain antibiotics may inactivate some of its bacterial strains.

Safety Information

Temporary bloating or changes in stool consistency may occur when a high-potency probiotic is first introduced.

  • A veterinary examination is recommended before starting this product.
  • Safe use in pregnant dogs or cats intended for breeding has not been established.
  • Stop administration and consult a veterinarian if the animal’s condition worsens or does not improve.
  • Contact a veterinarian if vomiting occurs or gastrointestinal symptoms become persistent or severe.
  • In case of accidental overdose, contact a veterinarian promptly.

Storage
